Ellipse/Oval and Frame Set Pool Freight Shipping Requirements and Information:

1. This item is heavy and must ship via freight truck on a pallet.
2. You must provide a daytime telephone number so the freight company can call to schedule a delivery. You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery.
3. You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition, you must refuse the shipment to the freight driver. If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging, you will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
4. The freight company will unload the pool from the truck and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. Most freight truck drivers will help you move the pool once off the truck. However this is at the discretion of the driver and is not a guaranteed service, so you should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property.
5. This item is available to ship to the Continental USA only; no shipping outside the U.S. lower 48 states, no shipping to P.O. boxes, and no shipping to military addresses.
